How to Write a Response Essay Quickly and Easily
How to Write a Response Essay Quickly and EasilySo you're writing a topic sentence in a response paper and it's taking forever to get it done? That's just because your mind is wandering off to what you have to say next. You may be doing the subject sentence too much or too quickly. Here are some ways to help you make your subject sentence flow smoothly. In every paragraph of your paper, you need to divide it into two paragraphs. Each paragraph should have a sub-topic and a main topic. If you're doing a letter of inquiry, the sub-topic should be the institution where you work. The main topic should be your company, the industry in which you work or the organization for which you are an official. That is all there is to it.Punctuation is always important but here, more so than usual. It's OK to use dashes, commas, spaces, hyphens and periods and tildes. It's not OK to use exclamation marks, question marks or brackets. So all of those kinds of punctuation should be used sparingly. You can use them when necessary, but only sparingly. Also, the main topic of the letter of inquiry is very important and you need to spell it out so that it will read well. You should never use a word that you would not be comfortable with using in a personal conversation. (Example: student-dorm.)The beginning of the paragraph should tell your reader what's in the paragraph. It may be a heading or you may want to add some information at the end. The information you add will give you a way to emphasize your point and your particular requirements for the interview. You'll want to do that so your reader will not forget the reason they are reading your letter of inquiry in the first place. Those are just a few tips on how to write a response essay in a way that it will appear on the response paper and make your reader to take away information that is relevant to the purpose for which you wrote the letter of inquiry. When you are done with the letters of inquiry, look over what you wrote. Then go back and edit the essay if you think that your response essay needs it.
